为推动文明交流互鉴，经中国翻译协会跨文化交流研究委员会（原中国跨文化交际学会）研究决定，“第二十届中国跨文化研究年会”将于2024年10月26-27日在河南开封召开。
本届会议将以“文明互鉴视野下的跨文化研究”为主题，旨在为国内外从事跨文化研究的学者、外语教师和业界人士搭建一个交流分享的平台，促进跨学科对话和跨文化理解，推动跨文化学科的理论创新，为“一带一路”沿线国家的跨文化交流和构建人类命运共同体做出贡献。
本次会议由中国翻译协会跨文化交流研究委员会主办，河南大学外语学院承办，外语教学与研究出版社、《跨文化研究论丛》协办。大会将邀请国内外跨文化研究领域的知名学者做主旨发言，并组织专题研讨、圆桌讨论、工作坊等交流形式。会议语言为中文或英文。

The 20th Annual International Conference of the China Association for Intercultural Communication (CAFIC)
Call for Papers (No. 1)
The School of Foreign Languages at Henan University cordially invites submissions for the 20th Annual International Conference of the China Association for Intercultural Communication (CAFIC) to be held from October 26th to 27th, 2024 in Kaifeng, Henan. The conference will bring together scholars working in different strands of intercultural communication research from across China and abroad for two days of interdisciplinary exchange to promote international understanding.
The conference, graciously supported by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press and Intercultural Studies Forum, is organized by CAFIC in partnership with the School of Foreign Languages at Henan University. The conference endeavors to facilitate a vibrant exchange of ideas among educators, researchers, and practitioners, with the goal of advancing intercultural communication and research on a global scale, enhancing intercultural education, and deepening international understanding. The program will feature keynote addresses, invited colloquia, and roundtable discussions. The official languages for the conference proceedings will be English and Chinese.
We invite original scholarly contributions that engage with the theme “Intercultural Studies from the Perspective of Mutual Learning Among Civilizations”. We welcome submissions on a wide array of topics, which may include but are not limited to:

Abstract Submission
You are welcome to submit abstracts in English (300 words maximum) or in Chinese (500 words maximum) in the form of symposia, panels, and individual papers.
